Tire Guy

Desperately needed 2 tires to be replaced for same day safety inspection (life is busy) and on an extremely tight budget... They had a few used ones for my Acadia at the BEST price (called to 7 different places) and were able to take me as a walk in all while being extremely nice! Will DEFINITELY be coming back!

I desperately needed a new tire because it was by The Grace Of God that I was still driving on the one I had. I was in and out of Tire Guy within 45 minutes(they were busy). As the other reviews mentioned, Travis has amazing customer Service. Mr. Bill serviced my car well and I was offered cold water 3 times while I waited. Based off my pleasant experience, I highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Tire Guy! The service was fast, and affordable. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They were honest, professional, and got me back on the road in no time. If you’re looking for quality service at a great price, I highly recommend Tire Guy. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future needs!

They damaged one of the threads connecting the nut bolt and were unwilling to accept responsibility for it. After 30 minutes of discussion, we managed to persuade them to deduct 25 dollars from the service fee. However, upon leaving, we realized they had neglected to reattach the nut bolt on one of the other tires. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

Ah it hurts to write this review becuase of the Convenientness of this shop in and out but unfortunately they don’t do honest work I’ve only gotten my tires from here used becuase it’s a older car since the day they replaced my 1st tire I experienced vibration didn’t know what it was just thought it was a old car time goes on and I pick up the automotive trade so I lift my car up to find that none of my tires have been balanced ever on top of that they told me my studs were no good and cannot put no tire on my car until they fix em I told em to fix the side they broke they charge me for it I go to the shop to look at the other side w the same exact lugs on it (reason they cut my studs for wrong lug size) but I was able to replace a tire and clearly see no damage to the other side of studs and proceeded to put correct studs on these guys are careless they break something but customer pays management takes no accountability I called told them about my issue with my tires never been balanced he proceeds to tell me I’m wrong and he has over 9 balancers and that he has it on video of my tires being balance I said to this man I the phone sir if my tires were balanced why did I have to
